This website https://www.snfdialogues.org (hereinafter the “website”) is owned, operated and provided by the Greek Stavros Niarchos Foundation office, located in Athens, at 86A Vasilissis Sofias Ave., PO Box 115 28, tel: +30 2108778300 (hereinafter the “SNF”). Its contents are the property of the Stavros S. Niarchos Foundation for Charity, which is incorporated in Bermuda as a nonprofit organization for charitable purposes and has offices in New York, Monaco and Athens. The content and materials on the website are protected under the Greek Law and international copyright conventions and permission should be sought prior to any reproduction or transmission in any form of such materials.

The SNF Dialogues Initiative is a platform that aims to develop new ways of thinking, build bridges of cooperation and encourage creative dialogue across geographical, social and cultural limits. SNF Dialogues is one of SNF’s main outreach projects, that are held through the journalism nonprofit organization iMEdD (incubator for Media Education and Development).

The use of this website is subject to these Terms of Use, as well as the Personal Data Protection Policy and the Cookie Policy, which are also available on the website.

By using this website, you accept the Terms of Use and you are bound by them. Please check the content of the terms and conditions regularly, as we reserve the right to modify them at any time according to the applicable legislation.

The SNF does not control third parties’ websites to which it provides links and is not liable for their content. The links to other websites are provided for the convenience of our visitors, without this implying any relationship between the SNF and their owners or operators, nor any guarantee as to the quality or accuracy of the information contained in the third parties’ websites. Under no circumstances is the SNF liable for any damage the user may suffer from his/her visit to other sites, including any unlawful processing of his/her personal data. SNF encourages the private use of the website content for personal access to information relating to SNF Dialogues Initiative. Live Broadcasts: SNF Dialogues events are broadcast live via various social media and live streaming platforms, ensuring seamless availability and optimal performance, even with a high volume of simultaneous viewers.

Access to the online broadcast is provided free of charge and strictly for personal use. All broadcast content is the exclusive property of SNF and should not be recorded, reproduced, or distributed by any means without prior written permission.

SNF is not liable for any user-related limitations, such as inadequate electronic infrastructure, internet connection speed, or other technical difficulties that may arise during the broadcast.

During the live events, participants may share comments or opinions. These comments represent the views of the individuals making them and do not necessarily reflect the views or positions of SNF. SNF reserves the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, moderate, or remove any comments that it deems inappropriate, offensive, or otherwise unsuitable for public broadcasting.

On-demand content: On-demand content (e.g. videos, podcasts) provided on the website is offered free of charge for personal and non-commercial use only. All on-demand content is the exclusive property of SNF. Unauthorized recording, downloading, reproduction, or distribution of such content is strictly prohibited.

Users/visitors are not permitted to:

• Download or record on-demand videos using technical means without prior written permission from SNF.

The factual accuracy of statements made by participants not employed by SNF or its affiliates is solely the responsibility of the participants or the institutions or organizations they represent.

These Terms of Use are governed by Greek Law and any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Athens.
