Ersi Filippopoulou
Ersi Filippopoulou, born and raised in Athens, is an Εngineering Αrchitect and Jurist. Her areas of expertise include cultural and heritage infrastructure projects development, as well as museum planning, programming and designing. She served as a high-ranking officer in the Hellenic Ministry of Culture and as Head of a Managing Authority responsible for cultural projects co-financed by the European Union and Greece. She contributed to the maturation of the new Acropolis Museum project and to the urban regeneration programme of the unification of archeological sites in Athens. She has taught at the Universities of Thessaloniki and Patras and has published in Greek and international collective works and peer-reviewed journals, as well as in Greek newspapers.
